- Production planning for the assigned product portfolio based on customer orders and sales forecasts
- Developing short- and long-term production plans to ensure operational efficiency
- Verifying sales forecasts and identifying potential risks to their fulfillment
- Collaborating closely with the production department to monitor plan execution, set priorities, and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitoring semi-finished goods inventory levels in relation to production requirements
- Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and production components
- Optimizing production planning parameters to improve workflow and resource utilization
- Tracking key KPIs and supporting the Department Manager in performance reporting
- Performing comprehensive analyses and preparing reports necessary for optimal production scheduling
- Liaising with international departments regarding production status and potential delays in customer orders
- Participating in projects and New Product Introductions (NPI) according to customer specifications
- Adhering to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) rules and procedures in all daily activities
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning within an international manufacturing environment
Fluency in English (at least B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication
Strong proficiency in MS Office, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills
University degree, preferably in Logistics, Economics, or a technical field (Engineering)
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC is highly desirable; familiarity with Power BI or AI tools will be a significant asset
