your tasks
- coordinate SP purhasing processes in area (region): maintain and monitor dasboards and reports, SAP transactions, organize collaboration with factories, internal customers and suppliers to ensure that all KPIs are met
- coordinate and control the work of back office (third party service provider) to ensure effective transactional workflow in strict accordance with set standards and service level agreements
- be single point of contact for factories of the region for Spare Parts purchasing.
- coordinate work of OEMs and suppliers: follow up on orders for delivery, customer claims on products quantity and/or delivery terms,manage price discrepancies via SAP invoice approval
what we expect
- knowledge of SAP/Excel to manage and analyze data effectively
- strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively
