For our Client, we are looking for a Purchasing Business Support Analyst with German.

What will your tasks involve?
- creating purchase requisitions in the system on behalf of business stakeholders
- monitoring and updating purchase orders (POs)
- verifying documentation and registering goods receipts (GR) in the system
- regularly collaborating with the business, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, and Procurement departments
- resolving day-to-day operational issues
What we expect from you?
- minimum 2 years of experience in Finance within an international company
- fluency in German and English
- strong communication skills and a solid customer focus
- a proactive approach to problem-solving
- an agile, continuous-improvement mindset
- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- strong Excel skills and familiarity with Finance/Procurement systems (SAP/Coupa a plus)
- background in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) is an asset
