your tasks
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Product Owners (POs), and Champions to gather, triage, document and refine business requirements.
- Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, while revisiting and refining requirements and user stories as new information emerges, working iteratively with stakeholders to maintain an accurate backlog.
- Iterative Backlog Management: Continuously update and refine requirements as new insights emerge, ensuring backlog accuracy.
- Feasibility Assessment: Work in collaboration with Solution Architects to validate the feasibility of requested functionality and provide high-level effort estimates
- Salesforce Functional Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of relevant Salesforce modules and propose optimal configurations to meet business needs.
- Process & Data Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business rules, data flows, and system configurations to ensure transparency and facilitate future knowledge transfer.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation & Support: Develop and maintain UAT test scripts that validate new functionalities and incorporate regression testing points to ensure system stability and continuity. Optionally support during UAT execution.
- Testing & Defect Resolution Support: Assist Test Managers and Delivery Teams by clarifying tequirements, reviewing test cases, and aiding in defect triaging to ensure accurate interpretation of needs.
- Training & Knowledge Documentation: Prepare global training materials that reflect both business and technical context of the delivered capabilities in coordination with Comms, Change& Training team.
- Technology Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to drive system improvements.
what we expect
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including Agile frameworks and backlog management.
- Technical Foundation: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules, specifically Salesforce CPQ. Experience with Conga CPQ is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story development with clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Salesforce solutions, including configuration and process automation.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, regression testing methodologies and defect resolution processes
- Understanding of data flows, business rules, and process mapping to ensure transparency and effective system design.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in IT governance and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, provide updates, and facilitate discussions among stakeholders
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional languages are an asset
Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Conga CPQ Certification is preferred
Optionally Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP certification or equivalent
