architect & lead: drive massive end-to-end Finance (R2A/Controllership) process and technology transformations.
business development: act as a rainmaker - sell, shape, and deliver complex transformation projects (Target Operating Models, GBS/SSC setups, Automation, ERP implementations).
C-Level advisory: partner with senior client stakeholders to diagnose maturity, craft compelling business cases, and steer their strategic transformation agenda.
drive innovation: leverage your expertise in market-leading tools (SAP S/4HANA, RPA, AI, Blackline) to deliver tangible business outcomes.
17+ years in finance transformation with deep, end-to-end knowledge of Controllership/R2A processes and GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
high-level executive presence, proven RFI/RFP negotiation skills, and a track record of selling and leading full-cycle transformation projects.
hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC / Oracle) and modern R2A technologies (e.g., Blackline, Trintech, Celonis, Intelligent Automation).
ability to manage global teams, budgets, and complex project timelines with a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
fluent English and elite storytelling/storyboarding skills to articulate complex change initiatives.
- readiness for regular international business trips, as traveling to work closely on-site with global clients will be a constant and essential part of this role.
