- implementing, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow platform modules, focusing on HRSD, Finance & Control, Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Procurement.
- designing and optimizing automated workflows, with a specific focus on Connect to Resolve and Query to Resolve processes.
- analyzing global clients' business needs, managing their ServiceNow requirements, and translating them into solid business cases.
- working closely with IT teams, developers, and operations to ensure the end-to-end delivery of agreed products and solutions.
- managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines, while maintaining focus and taking full ownership of problems in a dynamic environment.
- communicating complex technical situations clearly and simply to stakeholders by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner.
- supporting business transformation, transition, and migration projects within various Service Delivery Models like GBS, SSC, or BPO.
- aligning client needs with ServiceNow features and supporting potential integrations with major systems like SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.
- practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in areas such as Finance and Control, Customer Service, Vendor Management, Communication, Sourcing and Procurement, or Audit Risk and Compliance.
- fluency in English (additional language such as French and / or German is a plus)
- good understanding of Connect to Resolve and Query to Resolve processes.
- proven experience in analyzing business needs, managing ServiceNow requirements, and translating them into business cases.
- experience collaborating with IT teams, developers, and operations to deliver agreed outcomes, products, or requirements.
- broad understanding of various Service Delivery Models, including GBS, SSC, BPO, hybrid, or BOT.
- general process knowledge in finance and master data areas, such as AP, AR, GL, or MDM.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, explain complex situations clearly, and convey difficult messages in a positive manner.
- demonstrated leadership experience with a willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems.
- excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
