- Support Supply Network Planners in daily operational and planning-related activities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports related to supply and demand activities
- Monitor planning data and identify discrepancies, risks, or exceptions
- Support issue resolution and escalation related to supply chain activities
- Manage and maintain required activities in OEM portals
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in relevant systems and portals
- Process and update Purchase Order Acknowledgments in line with business requirements
- Support resolution of iDocs issues and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders across planning, logistics, customer operations, and manufacturing
- Support KPI tracking and reporting for supply chain processes
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, within an international environment
Fluency in English (at least B1/B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication
Strong proficiency in MS Office, with good Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, Power BI, VBA is highly desirable
