your tasks
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support as a shared resource for the Management
- Booking train or flight tickets
- Creation of A1 certificates
- Cost-efficient planning of business trips, meetings and workshops including accommodation,
travel planning, support in Visa application - General assistant tasks, e.g. coordinating calendars, supporting organization of meetings
and small events incl. catering - Onboarding/change/offboarding of team members, equipment orders and application access
by providing necessary information to our service partners - Supporting the HR and IT Director in preparation of team meetings and workshops, ensuring HR- strategy and top activities are regularly reviewed and updated
- Supporting HR CoE team with ad hoc projects e.g. creating JD data base
- Supporting colleagues in Backstage Communication in the means of publishing content as well as maintaining information and standardising HR-related content
- Contributing actively to the success of the Employee Satisfaction Survey
what we expect
- Sound professional experience in a similar position of trust
- Very good command of English (B2/C1)
- Profound MS Office skills
- Good planning and organizational skills and a high ability to work under pressure
- Sound communication skills and assertiveness combined with a strong service orientation
- Confident assessment of priorities and very good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Very independent, autonomous and structured way of working with high quality standards
- Team player with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality
- Being experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information
