What will your tasks involve?
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and activation activities, ensuring seamless transition of high-volume investment funds into company’s operating model,
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, setting expectations, managing communication, and providing clear status updates,
• Drive timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful onboarding outcomes,
• Facilitate onboarding workshops and working sessions, ensuring clear decision-making, ownership, and follow-through on key actions,
• Own requirements gathering and gap analysis, ensuring alignment between client needs and company’s operating model,
• Maintain strong oversight of onboarding plans, risks, and reporting, ensuring transparency and control across all workstreams,
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and Control functions to remove blockers and drive progress across cross-functional teams,
• Support migration planning, including cutover readiness, testing coordination, and execution monitoring,
• Provide experienced input into solution design and operational setup, identifying risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities,
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and control frameworks, maintaining a strong risk and governance mindset.
• Maintain appropriate documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal governance standards
What we expect from you?
• 7+ years of experience in financial services operations, with exposure to client onboarding, migrations, or integration programs,
• Strong understanding of financial markets and operational processes,
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex, matrix environment,
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders,
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline,
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
• Experience working on large-scale onboarding or migration programs,
• Hands-on experience with German-domiciled investment funds, including in-depth knowledge of German fund accounting principles, regulatory requirements, NAV production, income distribution, tax treatment, and market-specific operational practices.
• Experience in onboarding and transitioning German fund clients, including requirements analysis, target operating model design, gap assessments, and cross-functional coordination to support the successful implementation of German fund accounting solutions.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks or workflow tools,
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or operating model enhancements.
