- Verifying and posting invoices and other Accounts Payable (AP) documents.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly and weekly AP reports.
- Communicating with vendors and responding to phone and email inquiries sent to the AP department.
- Collaborating with other accounting departments.
- Working closely with local teams across the supported company.
- Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent command of French and English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in finance or accounting, especially in Accounts Payable (AP) area is a plus (e.g., an internship)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High level of proactivity, independence, and accountability for assigned tasks
- Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
