your tasks
- Business Intelligence & Performance: Design, track, and communicate high-level business reporting packages; flag performance trends and optimization areas for the Leadership Team.
- Commercial Excellence (Salesforce.com): Act as the strategic champion for CRM adoption, tracking critical metrics and providing insights to maximize sales force effectiveness.
- Pricing Strategy & Governance: Coordinate pricing guidance, enhance sales tools, and facilitate regional price-impact review meetings.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes (utilizing SAP BPC) while building robust business scenario models
- Incentive Management: Own the end-to-end sales incentive process (payout calculations, policy alignment) in close collaboration with HR and Business Unit heads.
what we expect
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in business analysis, financial forecasting, or commercial excellence. Experience with sales force effectiveness is a major plus
- Education: A degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with BI systems (PowerBI preferred). Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SAP BPC is highly advantageous.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
