For our Client, we are looking for a Digital Project Analyst to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives. If you have experience in coordinating digital projects and want to make a real impact on process optimization in an international environment, this role is for you.

your tasks

• support delivery of digital or transformation projects by managing assigned activities
• coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables under general supervision
• track progress, risks, issues, and actions; prepare status updates and project documentation
• apply established project management methodologies, standards, and tools
• work independently on day‑to‑day tasks while escalating issues where appropriate
• collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to gather inputs and ensure alignment
• support project governance through accurate reporting, adherence to processes, and documentation

what we expect

• bachelor’s degree in Business,, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of experience supporting or delivering projects in a digital, IT, or transformation environment
• solid understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, reporting, risk/issues)
• experience working with structured delivery frameworks (waterfall, agile, or hybrid)
• proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• english proficiency,
• ability to handle difficult but non‑complex problems using sound judgment and established practices
• clear, structured communication skills; able to explain information in a fact‑based and professional manner
