We are looking for an experienced and highly technical Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our team in Warsaw or Cracow. In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture while maintaining a strong grip on backend processes and cloud deployments. What will your tasks involve?
- Frontend Development: Design and build dynamic, high-performance user interfaces using React and Angular. Manage component lifecycles and application state using Redux, Context API, and hooks.
- Backend & API Integration: Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework to ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.
- Architecture & Optimization: Design and optimize full-stack applications for maximum scalability, speed, and performance.
- Cloud & Deployment: Manage and deploy applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and manage version control using Git.
- AI Integration: Leverage Generative AI, OpenAI, and Vector Databases to build innovative product features.
What we expect from you?
- Overall Experience: 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience (Mandatory).
- Frontend Expertise: 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience with React (hooks, Redux, Context API). Proficiency in Angular is also strictly required.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core WebAPI, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Database Management: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Cloud & DevOps Skills: Practical, hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Git, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Emerging Tech: Hands-on knowledge or strong familiarity with Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, and Vector DBs.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Leadership: Ability to lead projects, make critical architectural decisions, and act as the technical Frontend Lead.
