For our client, a company from the home appliances industry, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be part of a team based in Wrocław. The person in this position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to production employees, selected white-collar functions, leaders, and the HR Business Manager.

your tasks
- Supporting managers and leaders in day-to-day HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution (focus on blue-collar),
- Leading recruitment for blue-collar roles, cooperating with agencies, and managing onboarding and offboarding,
- Coordinating end-to-end training processes, from planning and organizing to reporting outcomes,
- Monitoring HR KPIs, managing absenteeism (corrective actions, return-to-work interviews), and coordinating evaluations,
- Ensuring effective factory-level communication and co-organizing employer branding, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives,
- Implementing HR analytics and automation solutions, including Power BI dashboards,
- Cooperating with temporary work agencies,
- Supporting and co-organizing employer branding and organizational culture initiatives, such as competitions, wellbeing programs, sports events, and integration activities,
- Coordinating the quarterly evaluation process for blue-collar employees,
- Collaborating within the People Development pillar of WCM, managing specific tools (Skills/Competency Matrices, Rainbow/Radar Charts).
what we expect
- Higher education degree, preferably in HR or Management studies,
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level),
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment,
- Practical knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, employee development, performance reviews, internal communication, and employee relations,
- Strong ability to work with HR data, KPIs, and reports,
- Experience with HR analytics tools and Power BI or similar reporting solutions is highly desirable,
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office,
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills,
- Independence, proactivity, and the ability to build strong relationships with both leaders and frontline employees.
