We are looking for an HR Operations Team Leader to head a specialized, close-knit team dedicated to supporting the Nordic markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark). As a Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind a dedicated team, fostering an environment of trust, growth, and high performance.
lead, coach, and develop a specialized team of HR Specialists, ensuring high engagement and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
overlook the end-to-end HR lifecycle for the Nordic region, ensuring all processes - from hire to retire - are executed seamlessly and in line with local regulations.
act as the primary point of contact for Nordic HR Business Partners and local management, building strong, trust-based relationships across borders.
identify opportunities for process optimization and lead change management initiatives to harmonize and "future-proof" HR operations.
monitor team performance through key metrics (SLAs/KPIs) and ensure data integrity within the global HCM system (SuccessFactors).
participate in global HR projects, representing the Nordic cluster in the development of new tools and standardized ways of working.
experience in managing or leading a team within an HR Shared Service Center (SSC) or a complex international environment.
strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, or payroll specific to the markets: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland or UK.
fluency in English is a must; knowledge of a Nordic language is a significant advantage as you will be the bridge to northern stakeholders.
a proactive approach to problem-solving and experience in navigating teams through organizational changes or process transitions.
solid experience with SAP / SuccessFactors and the MS Office suite.
the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
