For our client,a company specializing in advanced railway technologies based in Wrocław, we are looking for a versatile and engaged HR Specialist.
In this role, you will take full ownership of all HR processes within the company while acting as a true partner to both the business and the team. You will seamlessly balance people-first support with driving employee development, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across the organization.
What will your tasks involve?
Recruitment & Employee Development:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing recruitment processes for a variety of roles and facilitating the onboarding of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Relations & Performance Reviews: Conducting periodic check-ins with staff, participating in the performance appraisal process, and providing support in conflict resolution.
HR Administration & Personnel Documentation:
- Personnel Records: Maintaining complete employee files and preparing employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents (in collaboration with an external payroll vendor).
- Non-Wage Benefits: Managing employee benefit packages (PZU, PPK, My Benefit, Enel-Med).
- Compliance & Certification Oversight: Monitoring the validity of occupational medical exams, H&S (BHP) training, and professional qualifications.
Analytics, Procedures & Process Improvement:
- Reporting & Finance: Preparing HR and payroll summaries, analyses, and reports for local management and group-level needs.
- Policies & Regulations: Drafting, updating, and implementing internal workplace regulations and HR procedures.
- Process Optimization: Identifying organizational needs, streamlining administrative processes, and driving automation within the HR domain.
What we expect from you?
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role,
- Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law, social security regulations (ZUS), and best practices for maintaining employee documentation,
- Practical experience with HR and payroll software,
- Good command of English (at least B2 level),
- Ability to work independently with high flexibility and willingness to support the business in other operational areas as needed,
- High degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and personal accountability for assigned processes,
- Strong organizational skills and effective task prioritization.
