For our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced power systems, we are looking for an Junior HR Advisor with German. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team based in Krakow, supporting the full employee lifecycle for the German market within a world-class engineering and technology environment.

- Execute daily HR operations across all stages of the employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including onboarding, changes, offboarding and personnel administration,
- Support payroll input preparation and validation (data accuracy, deadlines, compliance),
- Maintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards,
- Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries in German (written and verbal),
- Follow existing SOPs and work instructions across all HR streams,
- Apply German labour law basics and internal compliance rules in daily operations,
- Flag risks, deviations or unclear cases to Senior Team Members or Process Owner,
- Identify process gaps, inconsistencies or improvement opportunities and escalate them proactively,
- Support updates of SOPs and work instructions based on process changes or learning,
- Collaborate with other HR streams to ensure end-to-end process continuity,
- Actively participate in cross-process knowledge sharing and backup coverage.
- Experience in HR operations, preferably in a shared services or international environment will be an asset,
- German at minimum B2/C1 level (business-fluent),
- English at minimum B2 level,
- Basic understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs,
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline,
- Openness to change, learning and cross-functional work,
- An experience with Global HRIS platforms (preferably Workday or SAP) and Case Management tools (ServiceNow or other) will be an asset.
