In this role, you will play a key part in a digital transformation initiative - standardizing supplier quality processes, updating NPI frameworks, and migrating data into modern tools like MS PowerApps.
What will your tasks involve?
- Data Migration & Transfer: Migrate legacy NPI data into the new PowerApp platform, ensuring accurate mapping and linking of project deliverables.
- Process Standardization: Clean up deliverable documentation, data structures, and align project intake with Risk & Compliance teams.
- Playbooks & Checklists: Develop clear NPI playbooks and checklists to define quality standards, including updating the Supplier PPAP Playbook.
- Tool Rollout: Assist in implementing and rolling out dedicated PowerApps for supplier risk evaluation.
What we expect from you?
- Education & Experience: Degree in Engineering/Quality (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) + foundational experience or internship in SQE.
- Quality Toolkit: Basic understanding of core quality frameworks, specifically APQP & PPAP.
- Digital & Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and eagerness to work with data tools (MS Power Platform).
- Communication & Mindset: Fluent English (written and spoken), strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and a team-first attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with MS PowerApps.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, SAP (ERP), or working knowledge of German.
