- analysis of incoming applications and initial contact with candidates
- managing the calendar of meetings with applicants
- continuous cooperation with other team members and support of their daily activities
- entering and updating data in HR systems
- maintaining personnel files and preparing employee documentation
- responding to staff queries and carrying out tasks arising from these queries
- very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- good work organization and flexibility
- experience in complex recruitment processes will be an added advantage
- highly developed communication skills
