- Managing and reconciling billing processes specifically for large fleets, car dealers, and public sector clients.
- Validating pricing for sales orders to ensure they align with commercial contracts and tire policy compliance.
- Maintaining pricing data and condition records in the system to prevent discrepancies in the sales cycle.
- Collaborating with service centers to resolve job sheet errors and managing invoice replacements or corrections for key accounts.
- Generating monthly performance reports and providing the sales team with insights into billing outcomes and pricing trends.
- Acting as the main point of contact between Sales, IT, and external customers to troubleshoot and streamline fleet operations.
- Ensuring all e-invoicing and documentation meets legal and regulatory standards across the EMEA region.
- Experience in Sales Support, Fleet Management, or Billing Operations is highly valued.
- Professional communication in English (B2/C1) and French or German (C1).
- Communicative level of Polish (B1).
- Eligibility to live and work in Poland.
- A proactive approach to identifying improvements in the sales-to-cash process.
- Proficiency in SAP and Freshdesk (or similar CRM/ERP systems).
- Good command of MS Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
