evaluate applicants to determine eligibility for visas or other immigration benefitsanswering immigration related queries and clarificationsmaintaining records of employees in HRIS systemcoordinating with the immigration vendors to secure visa, work permit for company employeeswork with internal stakeholders to have the case processed, Prepare work instructions for
immigration processesmanage the Right to work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globallycoordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications.maintain, monitor; track expiries, application status etcwhat we expect
- minimum 3-4 Years of relevant experience in Global Immigration operations and
documentation - bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related
fields - expertise with immigration for EU/APAC countries is a must
- excellent communication skills in English
- expertise of foreign languages – Spanish, German, Italian, French will be an additional plus
- excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- familiarity with immigration portals and vendor applications
- responsible and motivated to give your best
- team skills and strong relationship building skills
- ability to accomplish results
