Process & Quality Mastery:
- Actively contribute to transformation initiatives, process mapping, and the rollout of system enhancements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead the design, standardization, and continuous maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure process documentation accurately mirrors on-the-ground operational practices and quality benchmarks.
Collaboration & People Enablement:
- Partner closely with cross-functional HR streams, championing an end-to-end mindset to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Share subject-matter expertise, mentor team members through shadowing sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain knowledge continuity within the team through structured, up-to-date process documentation.
Compliance & Stakeholder Relations:
- Ensure full compliance of personnel and payroll processes with German labor law, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Build collaborative, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, local German business units, and external payroll vendors.
What we expect from you?
- Proven experience in HR operations, personnel administration, or HR process improvement dedicated to the DACH region.
- Business-fluent German (min. B2/C1 level) and English (min. B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Subject matter expertise: In-depth understanding of German labor law, statutory regulations, and German HR end-to-end operational workflows.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing tools (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow) along with solid command of MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine openness to change, continuous learning, and cross-functional teamwork.
