For our client, we are seeking an engaged Junior Employee Lifecycle Experience Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support across the employee journey, assisting with HR documentation and ensuring the high quality of data within SAP SuccessFactors. your tasks
- support employees with HR related queries
- proactively follow up on end-to-end resolution of all cases
- check and maintain employees’ personal data and payroll related data in in SAP SuccessFactors
- prepare HR related documentation
- generate standard and more complex SAP SuccessFactors reports
- contribute to improvement initiatives for HR processes and initiatives aimed to improve Employee Experience
what we expect
- a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in working with customers delivering P&C (HR) services
- an analytical mind and attention to details
- a great team player with customer centric mindset
- ability to deal with ambiguity well, work independently, and proactively identify and resolve employees’ queries,
- a proficient English speaker, French on even basic level will be an additional and very strong asset
- aolid experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel
- knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce CRM applications would be valuable assets
