your tasks
- handling master data operations for Materials, Suppliers, or Customers, covering record
creation, updates, status changes (blocking/unblocking), and data monitoring - maintaining high-quality master data while ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements
and internal process standards - generating and delivering Master Data reports and analytics for internal and external
stakeholders - supporting audits and internal controls related to Master Data integrity and governance
- facilitating data migrations, performing validations, and managing the rollout of new entities
within the MDM scope - optimizing the use of SAP and other supporting systems by delivering clear process
instructions and operational standards to end-users - executing system and tool testing during updates or data migrations
- contributing to global projects focused on the development, continuous improvement, and
harmonization of Master Data processes and tools - supporting the implementation of Master Data standards by proactively identifying and
resolving procedural deviations - supporting with updating documentation for Master Data workflows, task allocations, and
operational guidelines - active collaboration, communication, and knowledge transfer across end-to-end processes
with global stakeholders
what we expect
- university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Industrial Management, Information
Technology, or a related field - minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management
- solid understanding of MDM principles and processes in at least one of the following areas:
Material, Supplier, or Customer Master Data - experience in data governance and data quality management would be an advantage
- proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other data management tools
- fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is beneficial
- analytical precision and an organized workflow
- self-driven and growth-oriented attitude
- collaborative mindset with a customer-centric and positive professional approach
- strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
