For our client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Hebrew. This role is based within Global Business Services (GBS) center in Kraków. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from inception to completion for the client's Israel sites, acting as a strategic partner to local hiring managers.

- Full lifecycle recruitment management, handling the process from inception to completion for sites in Israel and other EMEA territories as required,

- Executing active candidate sourcing to identify and attract top talent directly,
- Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the process.
- Experience within in-house/agency recruitment, preferably in a multi-national organization,
- Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential,
- Collaboration, Relationship Building and Influencing: Constructively questioning and influencing whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and HR Directors, Managers & Business Partners,
- Maintaining high standards of performance during peaks in workload (ability to manage vacancies while delivering against multiple strategic sourcing initiatives and functional projects),
- Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting diverse slates of high-quality candidates for both active and strategic pipeline positions,
- Experienced in using recruitment systems (Workday Recruiter would be advantageous though not essential).
