- preparing payroll inputs and handling data management processes
- maintaining HR systems and preparing regular data reports
- handling day-to-day employee queries and providing comprehensive HR operations support
- actively cooperating with the team and driving process efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- around 2 years of previous experience in HR administration
- highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- good Excel and HR systems skills
- comfort working with confidential employee data
- demonstrating a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- knowledge of personnel administration, labor law, and payroll processes is an advantage
