your tasks
- Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery across multiple EMEA countries
- Support review of payroll outputs, identify discrepancies, and follow up on resolution
- Monitor payroll timelines and cycles to help ensure smooth and timely processing
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding & offboarding)
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation in HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Manage HR cases and workflows in ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers for day to day business
- Contribute to process improvements, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and standardization
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring proper documentation, version control, and clear ways of working
what we expect
• Experience in payroll coordination/processing, ideally in a multi-country environment
• Background in HR Operations / HR Administration with solid payroll exposure
• Experience working with case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• High level of ownership, consistency, and accountability
• Structured approach with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a structured way
• Fluent English required, Fluent Polish and basic French knowledge would be an advantage
