zadania
- coordination of global ocean/airfreight logistics operations
- first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- collecting transport details and gathering documents
- fulfillment export activities ( like ocean documentation requirements after container loading )
- order/ shipment creation for import and shipment creation for export
- ocean payment process (cost verification + sending invoices for payment)
- resolving disputes of rejected invoices and checking statements of account
- control KPI for given logistics targets and looking for improvements to achieve better results where it is possible
oczekujemy
- master degree of logistics studies
- experience in logistics for minimum 6-12 months
- fluency in spoken and written English
- customer Service and team work mindset required
- good interpersonal skills: good communication, influencing, team working, problem solving
- good Excel knowledge required
- manage well tasks and monitor deadlines
- well-organized and taking care about details
- independent in operations and working well under pressure , energetic and pressure resistance
- focused on good cooperation between customers/ stakeholders/team.
