Your personal data controller is Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-305), at Al. Jerozolimskie 134, hereinafter the “Controller” or the “Company”. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment and, if you consent, for the purpose of sending commercial information. You have the right to access to data, rectification, erasure, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to request restriction of processing. As a consequence of failure to provide personal data, you will not be able to participate in the recruitment process or receive commercial information.

We will process your personal data for the purpose of this recruitment process in accordance with the applicable laws. The legal basis for our activities is Article 6 paragraph 1 point (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (hereinafter the “GDPR”). As part of the recruitment process, the data can be used in the profiling process, the aim of which is to direct you to job offers corresponding with your qualifications. This is based on the legitimate interest of the controller, namely, to speed up and streamline the recruitment process (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR). Processing of your data beyond the scope of the labor law and for the purpose of future recruitment will take place on the basis of the consent given in the recruitment form (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR). Participation in future recruitment processes is also subject to your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR). Your personal data may be transferred to other entities in the Randstad Group to support the recruitment process, on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR). It is a legitimate interest to use the means and resources of these entities to streamline and speed up the recruitment process. To complete the recruitment process your data can be used for an opinion poll (customer delight) whose purpose is to streamline recruitment processes as well as monitor and increase their quality. The legal basis will be in this case a legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data are collected for the purpose of sending you commercial information, including to encourage you to use our products or services on the basis of your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR). We strive to constantly improve our services; therefore, we want to provide you only with personalized information of interest to you. In order to achieve this, we will use profiling based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR), namely, to ensure the best possible matching of the information we send to your needs and interests.
The use of your data for the purpose of sending commercial information of Randstad affiliates, i.e. Gerendis APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., Randstad Services APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. – with their registered offices in Warsaw (02-305) at Al. Jerozolimskie 134, APO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90-441) at Al. Tadeusza Kościuszki 103/105, as well as Randstad N.V. with its registered office at Diemermere 25, 1112 TC Diemen, P.O. Box 12600, NL-1100 AP Amsterdam, is also dependent on your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR). You may also consent to the preferred form in which the information will be communicated to you (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR). Your personal data will be stored for the following periods: with regard to ongoing recruitment: 12 months from the closing of the recruitment process, with regard to future recruitment processes: 24 months, with regard to marketing: until your consent has been revoked. In the case of processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing or recruitment on the basis of a consent, the processing periods may be shortened by withdrawing consent, and in the case of processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, by objecting to such processing. For the purposes of providing our services, consisting in assistance in finding employment or other paid work, your personal data may be made available to potential employers (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), which is connected to our activities as an employment agency, set forth in the Act on the promotion of employment and labor market institutions dated 20 April 2004 (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). The recipients of personal data provided by you may be third parties supporting the Company in the recruitment or marketing processes (recruitment consultancy, IT support). However, these entities process the data only in accordance with the Company’s recommendations. In order to support the recruitment process and marketing activities, your personal data may also be shared with other entities in the Randstad group, i.e. Gerendis APO Sp. z o.o.
