your tasks
- ensure full compliance with Polish health and safety regulations on site
- develop and implement the Project HSE Plan in line with both local legislation and corporate policies
- lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
- interface with local authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding HSE issues
- monitor and report on KPIs, incidents, and corrective action
- contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all disciplines
what we expect
- graduate education with necessary licences and certificates accredited in Poland
- minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent role in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
- experience with marine construction or construction, oil & gas, or LNG projects is highly desirable
- strong knowledge of Polish occupational safety regulations and enforcement standards
- excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- excellent Polish skills
- very good command of English is essential for communication with international teams
