Become a part of our client's OTC development team, collaborating with financial specialists to drive advancements in Credit Management. We are looking for credit management subject matter expert who will play a key role in shaping, designing, testing, and rolling out new ERP system.
Beyond that, you’ll support various finance transformation efforts within OTC, contribute to change initiatives, and help enhance processes through ongoing improvements.

- working closely with finance teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for integrating data and processes
- assessing proposed design changes and providing informed recommendations
- mplementing scalable and dependable financial system solutions
- assisting with system integration activities and driving operational efficiencies by automating and optimizing processes
- gathering, clarifying, and documenting detailed requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in business or finance operations, with comprehensive end-to-end understanding of OTC finance processes
- proven involvement in ERP system implementations, enhancements, and change projects (such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- solid understanding of integration techniques and the ability to map processes across various systems and databases
- a proactive mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- methodical, process-oriented thinking with confidence in working with IT systems
- skills in using standard office software, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint
- capability of preparing diverse documentation, such as reports, training materials, and user guides
- high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and effective time management
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- a university degree in Finance or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
