Become a part of our client's forward-thinking OTC development team as an OTC reporting subject matter expert, working alongside passionate finance professionals.
In this position, you will concentrate on enhancing OTC Reporting by taking an active role in the planning, design, testing, and deployment of our new ERP system. Moreover, you will support various finance transformation projects within OTC, lead change initiatives, and drive ongoing process improvements.

- working in close partnership with finance teams and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for integrating data and streamlining processes
- assessing proposed design changes and provide well-founded recommendations for improvements
- delivering scalable, robust financial system solutions that support long-term growth
- assisting in system integration activities and enhancing operational efficiency through automation and process optimization
- gathering, refining, and documenting business and system requirements
- creating new process documentation and helping define updated process standards
- taking an active role in the planning, design, testing, and rollout of our new ERP system
- supporting finance transformation efforts related to OTC, driving change initiatives, and continuously improving processes across the organization
- a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or financial operations, with in-depth, end-to-end understanding of OTC finance processe
- hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics), including implementation, development, system updates, and active involvement in related projects
- good knowledge of integration techniques and the ability to map and align processes across various systems and data platforms
- a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, paired with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- organized and process-focused approach, with strong proficiency in working with IT systems
- advanced skills in standard office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint
- capability of producing a variety of content, such as reports, training documents, and user guidelines
- strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and effective time management
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- a degree in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
