As the Financial Controller and Administration Manager you will be responsible for the financial processes and administrative operations.
Your primarily duties will include managing the day-to-day finacial activities and administrational tasks, working with the external accountant, and preparing month-end reports as well as yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasts. You will also be a liason between external and internal stakeholders.

- Control and management of daily accounting tasks,
- Making sure all tax and finance documentation has been submitted by the company on timely manner,
- Managing finance and tax projects with external advisors,
- Close cooperation with Management Boards, Group controller / Finance team, other departments from the Capital group (House of HR),
- Handling of internal and external audits,
- Processing transactions in the accounting system, managing and supporting the assistant.,
- Managing finance team of 2 people,
- Managing administration tasks (with help of the team).
- 5+ years of experience in independent accounting or controlling role,
- Educational backgroung related to finance/accounting/ taxes,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Good knoweledge of polish tax laws.
- Advanced Excel skills,
- Strong analytical skills,
