... - Full responsibility and management of the Benelux market, achieving annual net sales and profit targets, and managing P&L (including pricing and distribution)
- Creating long-term market plans and building partnerships with key distributors
- Working closely with the Marketing team to implement new products and educate internal departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning) on the needs of your markets
- Opportunity to expand business beyond the Benelux region, including in the Middle East and South Africa
- Managing forecasting, analyzing market trends and purchasing behavior, and ensuring the competitiveness of our categories

- Proven track record of success in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, particularly in managing branded products in international markets.
- Experience managing FMCG brands and/or clients in international retail, with responsibility for the entire customer lifecycle, from strategy development and planning to negotiation and delivery.
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full customer lifecycle—from strategy development and negotiation to execution.
- Advanced written and spoken English, level C1.
- A positive, can-do attitude, the ability to influence others, and build strong business partnerships.
